May perform one or more of the following:

This position is responsible for the implementation and enhancement of the Remedy ITSM application.This includes working with business analysts and customers to design, configure, and integrate the Remedy application.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years development experience including experience in a CMMI level 3+ organizations.Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience.

Primary Experience:
2+ years Remedy or ServiceCenter design, development (forms, active links and filters) , configuration, and integration
5+ years structured analysis and design
Good understanding of ITIL Service Management processes
Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills


Secondary Experience:
Test plan development
Experience with SQL, stored procedures, and triggers
Remedy Mid-Tier and Remedy Web Services experience.
Experience with COTS package implementations, 4GL languages and IDE
Data analysis/Data modeling experience
Change Control, version control, build, and configuration management
XML, JAVA


Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related discipline.
