ERP Program Manager - Nationwide in Dallas, TX

ACS has nationwide opportunities for Program Managers with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (i.e. Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP) experience.

Duties:

- Lead a project team in delivering a solution to the customer, using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project, according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.
- Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which include: applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
- Manage all project resources, including subcontractors, and establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.
- Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3-5 years experience managing all phases of an ERP solution implementation and/or upgrade project.
- 3-5 years experience with formal ERP project management methodology.
- PMP/PMI certification a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with all levels of client personnel.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent presentation skills with heavy experience utilizing PowerPoint and other Presentation software; experienced in presenting to large and/or senior-level audiences.
- Self-motivating and self-directed.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and opportunity analysis.
- Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills.
- Up to 80% travel is required for this position, but relocation is not.
- Advanced Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Up to 75% travel is required for this position, but relocation is not.
