We are looking for a Lead Applications Developer for one of our large Financial clients. This is a contract for hire position for the right person. Candidate must be capable of producing complex financial statements.
Experience: Prior Financial experience with exposure to or Investran. Must have strong .NET development experience with C# and VBA; strong SQL Server 2000 knowledge and experience; SQL Stored Procedure development; SQL SSIS Packages (ETL) and basic knowledge of SQL and relational database architecture.
Primary Responsibilities:
Code development using .NET C#, SQL Server 2005, Crystal Reports, SSIS, and SSRS, VBA. Ability to understand data needs and develop efficient reports and
extracts based on business data and the client's needs. Ability to build complex SQL calls and stored procedures to retrieve data from Investran. Ability to effectively multi-task and meet committed timelines; capable of working independently and as part of a larger team. Strong communications (written / oral) skills and strong command of the English language. Ability to work closely with end users / good interpersonal skills knowledge of Software Design Methodology or Development Life Cycle. Strong .NET / C#, SQL Server 2005, and Crystal Reports programming is mandatory.
