Active Directory 2003 Administrator in Dallas, TX

Description:

My Client needs a AD 2003 administrator/consultant to come in and make AD 2003 work for a customer. The customer, who is confidential, is $2-$3 bil. Dallas-based company who just implemented AD 2003. Microsoft did the AD 2003 implementation.

But, the AD 2003 doesn't work right because the Application division doesn't work on an MS platform. The Apps side of the house works in an Linux O/S with an Oracle DB and in JAVA language.

This resource needs to come in and make the system work properly. The system needs to do security modeling, identity management, and proper functionality.

This resource needs the following skills:

1. Active Directory - especially multi-forest trusts.

2. Best practice group design (universal vs. Global vs. Domain local)

3. ISA 2004 Enterprise Edition

4. IPSec and 802.1x authentication

5. Certificate Services and PKI design and management

6. Federated authentication - especially Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).

Environment:

Very free thinking, "creative" environment according to the My Client's hiring manager. Business casual, laid back, very social.
