Use knowledge of mobile platforms to effectively understand the solutions that run on them. Understand and comfortably navigate through mobile network operator support processes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve wireless operator account issues and mobile phone or wireless data-enabled device issues. Able to work independently to own customer issues until they are resolved to satisfaction. Able to lead and execute related support process optimization projects as well as handle significant level 2 ticket resolution load.
