Peoplesoft Functional and Technical ConsultantsJob Description:
Candidate will work in the IT department as a Business Analyst and will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conduct a fit/gap analysis of the business requirements against delivered functionality, develop functional design, complete application configuration, manage scope and expectations of business unit participants as needed, conduct system test, and develop training material and job aids on a project by project basis.

This person may also be responsible for the functional support of the PeopleSoft Financials application with some responsibilities supporting PeopleSoft HCM. This person will work closely with Finance/Accounting personnel, HR/Benefits personnel, technical support personnel and other business unit personnel to troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to PeopleSoft Financials or other integrated applications. This person will also assist with special projects, including upgrades, implementing additional modules and implementing new functionality within existing modules.

- 4+ years minimum experience working with PeopleSoft products
- Hands on functional configuration experience and application support experience with at least 4 of the following modules; PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable, Billing, Projects, Contracts, Travel & Expense, Purchasing, Accounts Payables, Asset Management, General Ledger and EPM, in version 8.8 or 8.9.
- PeopleSoft HCM support or integration a strong plus
- Multiple full life-cycle implementation experience as a module lead, including gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, design new or modified business processes, application configuration, working with technical team members to develop interface and conversion specifications, system testing and deployment.
- Experience in the Software and Consulting Services vertical is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to a diverse group of users and executives
