Resolve troubletickets - Duties include configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and support via phone. Candidate must be very knowledgable of Windows 2000/2003/XP, MS-Office, Outlook, Cisco or Nortel VPN. Candidate must have at least 2 years of Helpdesk experience. Experience: Candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent work history via helpdesk.
