Desktop Support Specialist needed for Healthcare Environment in Dallas, TX

Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a client specializing in Oncology. The position is located in Downtown Dallas and is a contract to hire role. This individual will provide day to day support of multiple sites (within close proximity to each other) including desktop support, phone support, and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge and experience with Windows 2000's, XP, and all MS Office apps, in a desktop support and network troubleshooting capacity. Must have an outgoing personality and an ability to work with very non-technical but high end users. Experience: Requirements: 5+ years Desktop Support for Windows based machines (Windows 2000 and XP) 5+ years high level experience all MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) 5+ Years network troubleshooting Preferred (Must have at least 1 of these skill sets) Experience in healthcare environment Microsoft certifications Experience with Citrix systems To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
