Must be able to independently execute each step of the automatio test cycle to include startup, planning, execution and reporting. Train and mentor other members of the Automation Test Team in aspects of the selected test tool and automated testing. Experience: 3+ years of Java Development
3+ years of Open Source Testing Tools
3 years of UNIX
4 years Winrunner and QTP
3 years of Test Director
5 years experience in automated regression test design
5 years in application analysis and programming
5 years in requirements gathering
4 years in leading and organizing automation projects
