The Senior Business Analyst serves as the point of contact for the business organization in order to support a production SAP application. This role is accountable for providing hands-on day-to-day SAP support to the business as needed, including resolving trouble tickets and completing small enhancements on time and with high quality. Acts as a technical advisor to the customer, guiding and supporting them with a continuous focus on providing superior customer service. Develops best business practice knowledge, and supports the business in integrating this into the SAP solution. This is a six month contract with our Fortune 500 customer. Skills/ Job Requirements: 1. At least 5 yrs, SAP SD configuration and business process support experience. 2. Good oral and written communication skills for presenting solutions, delivering training, project documentation. 3. At least 2 years SAP Accounts Receivable configuration and business process support experience. 4. Able to write detailed functional specs for ABAP programs, reports, user-exits, VOFM routines, interfaces and external table definitions. 5. Knowledge of EDI tools and methodologies in relations to customer-to-cash processes. 6. Knowledge of ABAP 4 programming a plus (but not required).
