C# .NET Development Team Lead in Dallas, TX

Be the leader of a small team doing C# .NET development in an n-tier environment. Initial development will be in WinForms ( Windows Forms ). Eventually the application will be migrated to a Web environment. Because this application will eventually go to the Web, any ASP.NET experience will be a plus.

Most of your time will be spent doing development and enhancements to the existing C# application. Some of your time will be devoted to bug fixing and regression testing. The initial development will be done on an existing application that is currently live on limited customer sites. There will be heavy interaction with these customers to resolve application issues.

There are three modules: People, Media and Inventory in the current version. Company typically releases 2 updates annually.

Customizations/Enhancements done for specific customers are included in all future releases to all clients to minimize the number of releases and versions needed to be supported.

KEY SKILLS: C# .NET, ASP.NET, GUI, Middletier, WinForms, SQL, SQL Server, UML ( Unified Modeling Language )

Bachelors Degree

3+ years C# .NET GUI and middle tier development using WinForms

Experience as team lead for .NET development

SQL experience in a SQL Server environment

Able to debug and regression test existing applications

Able to develop / enhance existing application for existing and new customers

UML ( Unified Modeling Language )

Preferred:

Certifications a big plus
