Excellent opportunity for a Training Developer with one of our leading clients. Will support existing training as well as identify and develop new training. Will support existing Knowledge Management system as well as identify and develop new instances for the business. Will also support existing communications as well as identify opportunities for additional communication needs for the business. Will coordinate with the managers of each audience, the trainers and the business subject matter experts to identify new training and communication needs.
Position requires 3- 5 years in training development or a degree in same. Mastery in Knowledge Management theories and practices; Mastery in Oral, written and electronic communication skills; Mastery of many facets of training / communication development and Mastery in many training development vehicles (e.g. instructor led, web-based, CD Rom, etc.). Excellent time management skills required. Personal computer skills (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
