Experience: Must have experience in gathering user requirements, heuristic reviews, wireframe prototypes, and usability testing. Must be a strong user advocate, self motivated, results driven, team oriented, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be passionate about usability. Must also be a creative visionary with attention to detail, organized and analytical. Must be able to clearly articulate value of user experience, interact with and influence others effectively and be comfortable presenting to C-level executives. Must also be able to work comfortably with client stakeholders to determine client needs and employ recognized methods to identify and describe users and their needs. Responsible for performing usability evaluations and testing, gathering detailed user interface requirements. Will employ wireframe prototypes to visually represent and refine proposed user interfaces. Will work with development teams to produce end products that meet the client and users needs, and are easy to understand and use. Must have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices and can promote them in a way that advances the user-centered design process throughout the enterprise.
