Information Systems Manager - Dallas, TX
The Information Systems Manager is responsible for all activities related to implementing and maintaining a successful and efficient computer network, database environment and the CRM system. Using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase InfoMaker, develop and produce queries and daily reports. Ensure data from all CRM modules is well managed and accessible to users. The IS Manager will be heavily involved in the CRM implementation, including data conversions, establishing business processes, and training.
Develop short and long-term technology plans and oversee the computing and technology needs of all departments, as well as determining hardware and software needs, and long-term care stategies.
Act as the domain level network administrator, support and manage all necessary files, internet, and application servers. Oversee and manage the installation and maintenance of network support hardware, including wiring, switches, routers, Ethernet, T1, and other communications.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 (T-SQL stored procedures and database administration) is crucial.
Experience with ASP.Net, ASP, HTML is a plus.
Knowledge of using and administering Microsoft Office Suite, Including Work, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Experience administering Windows 2003 Server operating systems and Terminal Services. Knowledge of network hardware, software, and protocols, including T1, TCP/IP, Ethernet and LANs.
Strong interpersonal skills. Specifically, the ability to communicate effectively both with business users at all levels of the organization and with other internal and external.
Experience: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (prefer CS). Minimum three years professional IT experience, with two years work experience with SQL server, with proven record of efficient managements of databases. Experience with enterprise reporting tools, such as InfoMaker, Business Objects, or Crystal Reports. Experience with Windows Server, IIS 6.0 and .Net technology for web integration.
