Worth, is looking to hire an Analyst to work on Investment banking deals. Candidates must have an MBA from a top tier school (Harvard, Stanford, etc.) and must be willing to work investment banking hours with significant upside in terms of compensation. The Investment Bank is currently in need of an analyst to join the team that will have the opportunity to progress within the Company over the next 2-3 years. Tasks performed by the analyst will include assisting in the compilation of marketing materials to support M&A transactions, asset sales and private capital raising transactions. The analyst should have strong analytical skills, personal skills and motivation to work hard and provide high quality work product. In addition to assisting with the marketing function, the analyst will be required to work extensively with detailed corporate merger models for the purposes of determining accretion/dilution to an acquiring company, build financial projections models for a variety of different types of businesses within the space and work with discounted cash flow models. The analyst will gain a deep knowledge of the investment banking industry and will learn all aspects of preparing valuation analysis for companies and assets based on various metrics derived from (i) current comparable public companies analysis (ii) recent M&A transactions analysis and (iii) preparation of a net asset valuation analysis.
