(What will the contractor do on that project?) -Candidate should posses a total understanding of all technologies involved in this area to include, Cisco IP Telephony, IP, T1, T3 and ISDN. Understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP and BGP. Working knowledge of IPT components such as CallManager, Unity, voice gateways and gatekeepers. Understanding of Call Center technologies such as IVR and ICM. -Must also be able to work occasional weekends and on after-hours projects. As a member of the team, will respond to all system problems on a 7X24 basis and take part in on-call rotation. -Must be a U.S. citizen and pass government background check. -The ideal candidate will have EXCELLENT communication skills, very reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
