C#/.Net developers in Dallas, TX
Outstanding opportunities for experienced .NET Web Application Developers with one of our most exciting clients. Responsibilities include working with .NET technologies and Classic ASP in order to develop new applications and implement enhancements to existing applications based on specifications. Will provide onsite programming and may be required to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Will be responsible for writing, testing and documenting code and may be responsible for certain portions of the Change Management process. Will also be responsible for adhering to published code standards when writing or modifying programs and will follow clients SDLC methodology. Position requires 5+ years overall development experience with 3+ years n-tier web application development experience using ASP.NET, C# and .NET framework 1.1. Also need 3+ years database experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle (database design, stored procedures, etc.). Need solid HTML/DHTML/CSS, JavaScript, SOAP, XML/XSL, Web Services development and Classic ASP/VBScript background. Strong PC skills and experience with MS Office products and Visual Studio .NET 2003 required. Its a plus to have experience with: AJAX, CA Harvest, SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft SharePoint Services, .NET Framework 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005. Familiarity with secure coding Best Practices also a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and advanced problem solving and debugging skills a must. Must enjoy working closely with others in small teams as well as be able to work individually. Must be U.S. citizen or possess current NAC or security clearance. Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
