Oracle Pro*C developer in Dallas, TX

Outstanding opportunity for an Oracle Developer with one of our exciting retail clients. Will complete programming and/or analysis and design assignments given by management for any effort associated with maintaining, modifying, or enhancing the Store Automation Program, interfaces with internal systems, or any other programming or analysis that requires the skill set. Will also mentor any client-assigned resources in programming in Oracle Pro*C and Oracle PL/SQL. Position requires 5+ yrs Oracle Pro*C and Oracle PL/SQL within a Unix environment (AIX preferred). Must have strong analytical skills and be capable of producing technical design documents that other team members could use as the basis for developing solutions. Must possess excellent mentoring skills to be able to assist other programmer/analysts on the team. Its a strong plus to have development experience in a retail setting; experience developing in Oracle*Forms/Oracle*Reports; and with the following versions of Oracle products: Oracle 7.3.4, Oracle*Forms 4.5, and Oracle*Reports 2.5.
