Candidate with strong LAN/WAN System Support experience. Candidate has provided 1st or 2nd Level Support for multiple locations in different cities. Competencies: 2-5 years experience working with inter-networking.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP) is preferred. Strong working knowledge
of Cisco routers and switches, strong working knowledge of WANs (T1s,
T3s, Frame Relay, ISDN etc). Strong working knowledge of at least three
of the following routing protocols: EIGRP, IGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIP. Able to
handle stressful situations and keep a level head. Have good written and
verbal communication skills. Self-Motivator Energetic and eager to learn
