Our client, a major Fortune 500 company is seeking a Web Development Support Specialist to join their team in Dallas, TX.
job Responsibilities:
The primary role is supporting unix development and QA environments for builds, deployment, and software configuration management.
You will be responsible be responsible for daily support activities, as well as a wide range of small projects for improving development support tools and processes.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team at a leading web technology company. You will learn and work with a full-range of web development tools and systems in a linux-based, open source tool environment.
Experience: Should be Very strong in at least two of these areas and have a strong interest and ability to learn the others:
Unix script writing (perl, shell, simple web applications)
Unix scm tools and processes (Subversion, CVS, Clearcase)
Web development tools (CruiseControl, Maven, Continuum, Clover)
Process improvement, documentation and training material development
Experienced unix developer help desk (level 3)
