Our Dallas Client is looking for a support developer to join their team.
The role will primarily involve fielding and resolving issues related to our proprietary software. The software spans C#, ASP.NET, SQL, ASP, and C++ technologies. Resolving issues would include tasks such as fixing or enhancing the current software, updating data, and interacting with users. Candidates would be exposed to all parts of the business when resolving issues.
Required Job Skills
Ideal candidates will have the following background:
Technical
. 1+ years C#/.NET development experience preferably with a financial services provider
. 1+ years of Microsoft SQL Server development experience (T-SQL, query design and optimization, stored procedure development)
. 1 year of ASP experience
. 1 year C++ experience
General
. Excellent oral and written communication skills
. Willing to handle production support issues and carry a pager
. Openness to working with both custom and third party applications
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
. Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
